Location and Mounting
VS2009 posters will be displayed in the Gallery Space close
to the workshop room in Engineering Building #3. The detailed location of
your poster panel will be given in the guide book of the conference kit.
Dimensions
The poster size will be 1500mm (width) by 1800mm (height). Two
posters are assigned a large pair of boards as illustrated.

Although the poster session is not until after lunch, you can
put up your poster from 10am. An ideal time would be during coffee at
11-11.30 am or over lunch.
ICCV make no mention of providing any mounting materials.
Therefore it would be
prudent to bring your own mounting material!

Your airline may not allow you to bring your poster tube as
carry-on baggage due to "one piece carry-on baggage rule" or its length.
Please check your airline's rules (JAL,
ANA,
UA,
NWA,
KLM,
BA,
LH,
AF) and be ready to carry your poster tube as checked baggage. |
